NET BREAKING BLESSINGS

We see in Luke 5, a conversation between Jesus and Peter. Peter had fished all night and had caught nothing.

Jesus said unto Simon, “Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.”
And Simon answering said unto him, “Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing:..”

There are times in our lives where we have given up on a dream, we are done believing for a miracle, we say “Lord, I’m tired!..I don’t think this is what you have in mind for me..I don’t see any door opening so I don’t think this is what you want for me .”
Can I encourage you today and tell you that God has not given up on you just because you have?…He is telling you today..”My son, My daughter..”Let down your net. I am the One who created the Universe. I am the One who flung starts into space, I am the One who parted wide waters for My people to walk through.” Simon continues to say”….nevertheless, at THY WORD I will let down the net.”
And do you know what happened?
The scripture goes on to say:
And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

Can I tell you today that when the Lord God tells you to let down your net, the blessing is not going to be small or puny?
It’s going to be a net-breaking, boat sinking catch of a fish! You are going to have to call someone else to help you hold all the fish and even get their boat to help you load your catch!
Yes, things may take time and not happen on your timetable but God knows what He is doing. He is using this time to organize everything and to get the right people ready. The scripture says God is not a second late. This tells me that what you have in your heart, all your dreams, all your desires will come to pass exactly at the right time and not a second late. You should say like Peter: “Lord, I don’t see a way, nevertheless AT THY word I will let down my net. He is telling you today what he told Abraham when he was waiting for his promised child “Fear not,for I am thy shield and thy exceedingly great reward.”
Friends, you don’t have to do anything.
All you have to do is let your net down and leave the rest to God..He controls the fish, He will make the fish find you..you don’t have to toil or worry about your catch..At the right time when your net breaks..you will say “Lord, thankyou!..this was the exact time I needed this healing, this door to open, this promotion, this breakthrough.”
He knows what you need, who you need and when you need them. Why don’t you trust him?… He has never failed and the best part- He never will. If you will let your net down, get ready for a stupendous catch of fish and I believe it is on the way, in Jesus Name!
Jeremiah 29:11 says: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
